MATSIRGA WATERFALLS, KADUNA STATE
Kaduna State is home to Matsirga Waterfalls. The Matsirga waterfall is formed by springs on the Kagoro Hills that flow into four distinct natural funnels that drop from a sheer rock cliff at around 25 metres, creating a sizable pool at the bottom. Another well-known waterfall in Nigeria is Owu Waterfalls, in Owa Kajola, Ifelodun Local Government Area, Kwara State. With a height of 120 metres above sea level and a drop of 330 feet down an escarpment with rocky outcrops to a pool of icy water below, this specific waterfall is the highest in West Africa.
